Raj and Ekta Popat’s Story

Raj and Ekta Popat have been friends with KW (Keller Williams) Southwest agent Mona Parikh for many years. Last spring, the Popats used Mona to sell their luxury home in Telfair. “This was our first real estate transaction with Mona, and she was our first choice,” says Ekta. “We personally know just how focused she is, and choosing Mona was the best decision we made!”
“From decluttering to staging to open houses to showings, the process went very smoothly,” continues Ekta. “Raj and I are very busy and he works nights. Mona stayed on top of things. She would give us a to-do list and follow up to make sure it happened. When we needed an electrician, a plumber, stager, etc., Mona had contacts for everything. She even offered to call and schedule appointments to make sure we got the best deal.”
Mona told the Popats in the beginning to be patient, that selling could take three to six months. “We had a contract in six weeks! We actually had a few earlier offers, but Mona gave her honest opinion and told us they were low. It was our decision to make, and we listened to Mona. We were glad we did…we ended up getting a much better offer!”
“We were very happy with how everything went and we strongly recommend Mona. A few of our friends have actually hired Mona to help them with real estate transactions based on our experience!”
