CaSandra Como’S PROFILE

CaSandra Como is a native Houstonian that has resided in Sugar Land for over 15 years with her loving husband of twenty-seven years and five children, whom have grown up to be wonderful young adults. When she is not busy being a full-time real estate agent, she enjoys cooking, volunteering and spending time with family and friends. She’s a highly motivated and energetic agent. “I listen to my clients and dedicate my time and efforts to fulfill all of their real estate needs” says Como. She chose Keller Southwest Realty because of the level of professionalism, ethics, and support that this office has to offer.
It is important to trust the brand that’s representing you. “I bring many years of customer service, faith, integrity, and knowledge to my real-estate career.” She is a Realtor that cares. “I will work for you and your family with the same intensity that I used for mine.”
Before becoming a real estate agent, CaSandra was a Research Editor for H Texas Magazine for ten years where she established stronger communication, negotiating, developmental and analytical skills. CaSandra’s intense work ethic and negotiating skills will give each and every client the best experience possible. CaSandra makes a personal commitment to listen closely, speak honestly, and lead with your best interests in mind.
Como’s commitment to you: buying and selling a home is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions you will ever make, so I can appreciate the enormity of what is entrusted to me. Real estate transactions have become such a complex process so I know it is crucial to be your competent adviser, determined negotiator and steadfast advocate.

I would like to take this moment to say Thank You and I truly appreciate working with you. You have demonstrated the true meaning of customer service. I felt like I was your only client. You’ve taken a new complex decision making process and made it feel okay to let go and to start a new journey. I’ve heard many stories of selling a home, but you’ve demonstrated that the hardest part is knowing when the right time is to sale. I’m not sure how you did it with a house identical to mine on the market down the road, and still managed to get a buyer as fast as you did. Continue your success and know that the qualities that you have is what make people want to come back and work with you again.
From the Thomas Family, Thank You and May God Bless you and yours.

It is my pleasure to have an opportunity to recommend CaSandra Como. She is an exceptional Realtor and she provided extraordinary service. It is rare these days to find a person with such infallible work ethics and honesty. They say that the process of finding a house tends to be difficult. What I’ve learned throughout this entire process, is that it doesn’t have to be. She was very responsive and extremely thorough in understanding my needs and desires around relocation. This is an invaluable quality that should never go unrecognized. Coming from an entirely different state, I was quite nervous about the whole process; however, from the first phone call we had, she assured me that I was in good hands. She made me feel at ease because I knew she truly cared. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy, sell or lease real estate. I will contact her with all of my real estate endeavors in the future.
