My philosophy is that you come first. Your “must haves” and “would likes” are my priority. I think of us as a team, communicating and working together to achieve the same goal. Every transaction is different. Whether you are buying or selling a home or investing in real property, I will personally be there all along the way to explain and guide the process, answer your questions, smooth the bumps and keep us on track. Always professional, I am friendly, enthusiastic and maintain a great rapport with my clients.
Originally from the east coast, I have loved living and working in the Greater Houston area for over 25 years. Whether your tastes run to the arts or sports or you just like great dining, Houston and its surrounds has it all. Likewise, whether your dream is to live in a high rise in the city, a house on the water or a house in the country where you can keep a horse, we have that too. I would like to make that dream a reality.
My background is in corporate law, which I practiced for over 20 years. I also practiced public accounting before attending law school. The skills that I developed while working in those areas — listening, negotiation, cooperation, problem solving and attention to detail — are all part of what I bring to the process.
In my personal life, I enjoy the outdoors and, in particular, tennis. I was an All American swimmer and later a national bronze medalist in women’s K-2 flatwater kayak racing. I still pick up the kayak paddle from time to time for fun and competition. I also enjoy helping my brother with his hobby of car racing.
“Karen was wonderful to work with during the purchase of our home in the Pearland area. We had so many questions and concerns being first time home owners, we didn’t know where to begin. Karen put our minds at ease and made the whole process as smooth as could be!
Muffy. It's silly, I know.
fun loving, athletic, thoughtful, hard working and a huge UConn Huskies basketball fan.
