Pecan Grove Plantation; it's the best kept secret in Ft. Bend. 27 Hole Golf Course winding though Custom Homes on tree-lined streets; Fabulous FBISD schools, Crazy low HOA dues and taxes with a hard to find sense of "Community" Nothing like it! Plus, I live there!
