Ross McEathron’S PROFILE

Ross McEathron is a native Houstonian and received his Texas Real Estate License in 2011 after a lengthy career of owning successful small businesses in the Houston area. Since then, he has become a multi-million dollar producer with KW Southwest and is revered by his clients for sharing his insights and wisdom when it comes to purchasing Real Estate.

He and his wife Carolyn, who is a CPA, are successful Real Estate Investors that enjoy helping others succeed in Real Estate in their community. Ross and Carolyn purchased numerous Single Family homes in the Houston area during the 2010/2011 downturn in the Real Estate market. They also partnered with other investors and bought a 318 unit Apartment Complex in Southwest Houston that was in financial distress. After they returned the complex to profitability, they sold the property and returned nearly 100% in returns to their partners in just 3 short years.

Photography is Ross’ passion when he isn’t facilitating Real Estate transactions. He and Carolyn enjoy traveling to far away places to take pictures of a beautiful landscape, an interesting door or window or an iconic landmark. Ross has won numerous awards for his photography over the years and hopes to continue that tradition. IF Ross ever decides to retire, he wants to travel to every National Park in the US…toting his camera of course!
